Has your car been running sluggishly lately? Have you noticed that it takes longer to start up than usual or that it has difficulty accelerating? If so, then the problem might be with your spark plugs and/or ignition coils.

There's a lot that goes into getting your car running smoothly. One of the most overlooked parts is your spark plugs and ignition coils. You may think they are interchangeable, but there are some subtle nuances to each one that will make your ride smoother than ever before!

The engine is the heart of a car. It needs to be running in order for you and your passengers to go anywhere, so it's not surprising that there are many different components used within an engine like spark plugs that help ignite fuel from combustion chambers.

There are two main types: Standard or High Tension magneto-spark plug. These work by using electricity created with either one or both electric coils on top of them called ignition coils. When sparks need more power than what can be given off from just one coil they use dual voltage output with high tension sputtering instead of low tension sparking!

Spark Plugs and Ignition Coils are the two most important components of an engine. Have you ever wondered what the difference is between a spark plug and an ignition coil? It's not just their names!

  • The first thing to know is that spark plugs ignite the fuel in the engine by sending a high-voltage electrical charge from one electrode to another.
  • On the other hand, ignition coils use electricity to create a magnetic field around wires inside of them, which then induces voltage in those wires. This process causes electrons to jump from one wire to another at very high speeds, resulting in sparks that ignite fuel inside your car engine.

A car problem is the last thing you want to deal with during your busy day, and it's even worse when you're not sure what's wrong or how much it will cost to fix.

A lot of car owners don't know what these parts do but they certainly can feel it when they're not working right! The symptoms range from rough idle to high misfire codes and lack of power. If your vehicle has been showing similar signs then you may need some new plugs or coils soon!
